Welcome to Shuffle Photography. By using this website, booking services, submitting inquiry forms, accessing galleries, or interacting with Shuffle Photography LLC (“Shuffle Photography,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

I. Services

Shuffle Photography LLC provides photography-related services, including, but not limited to:

  • Weddings

  • Engagemwents

  • Portraits

  • Senior Sessions

  • Couple Sessions

  • Lifestyle Sessions

  • Boudoir Sessions

  • Digital Galleries

  • Creative Content Services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

II. Booking & Payments

  • A signed agreement and required retainer payment are necessary to officially reserve a session or event date.

  • Until both are completed, dates remain open and available to other inquiries.

  • Payment schedules, remaining balances, and delivery timelines are outlined within individual client agreements.

III. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients requesting cancellations or rescheduling should contact Shuffle Photography LLC as soon as possible.

  • Retainers are generally non-refundable because reserving a date often means turning away other bookings for that timeframe.

  • Rescheduling requests are handled based on availability and circumstance.

IV. Creative Style

  • By booking Shuffle Photography LLC, clients acknowledge familiarity with the photographer’s style, editing approach, and overall creative direction.

  • Photography is inherently subjective and artistic. Final delivered galleries will reflect the natural shooting and editing style associated with Maxwell Ferguson and Shuffle Photography.

  • You’re hiring a perspective, not just a camera.

V. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Photographs

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Graphics

  • Written Content

  • Blog Posts

  • Videos

  • Design Elements

All included are the intellectual property of Shuffle Photography LLC and/or photographer Maxwell Ferguson unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.

VI. Gallery Delivery & File Storage

  • Delivered galleries are provided digitally unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files after receipt.

  • Shuffle Photography LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain archived galleries, but permanent storage is not guaranteed.

  • Please don’t trust your memories to one laptop. I say that with love.

VII. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse of the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Scrape or download content without permission

  • Use images or text for AI training or automated systems

  • Interfere with website functionality or security

Unauthorized use may result in legal action where applicable.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and shared gallery access links.

Shuffle Photography LLC is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or issues caused by third-party platforms or providers.

IX. Limitation of Liability

Shuffle Photography LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Technical website interruptions

  • Temporary outages

  • Data loss caused by third-party providers

  • Delays outside reasonable control

  • User misuse of website materials

  • Indirect or incidental damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
